Engineering & Design

From the outset of a project, feasibility and application concept design can be undertaken to evaluate any power generation/cogeneration or waste management scheme. Site visits and surveys are carried out and a report generated to determine if a scheme is viable and to determine the overall benefits.
Many projects are tendered with detailed specifications, which are taken into account with proposals submitted in line with present day commercial and technical requirements. Clarke Energy has the ability, competence and experience to deal with any request from engine supply only, to full turnkey installations.
Clarke Energy has full in-house capability to design, install, commission and service long-term maintenance contracts. The supply and installation services cover all disciplines, from design drawings to endurance tests.
Engineering
A dedicated team who, with many years experience, are supported by both Mechanical and Electrical engineering disciplines carries out in house engineering and design.
Drawings
Our CAD capabilities include a state of the art 3D modeling system. From the preliminary concept through to final design we use walk through visualisation software to help eliminate any potential problems should they appear before construction. Crucial factors such as access and operability can be analysed this way. By fully utilising the capabilities of the system conventional 2D general arrangements, isometric drawings and a digital animated walk-through compliment a complete design review and portfolio of controlled design drawings.
Documentation
At the final stages of any project it is imperative that comprehensive Operation and Maintenance Manuals are produced. To complement the manuals provided with the equipment, Clarke Energy can prepare bespoke documentation for every project. They are available in both hard copy, and electronic CD format that include enhanced multimedia such as walk through animation and as built video.
