We are currently looking to fill the vacancy of HR Administrator. The main responsibilities of this role are:

· To organise, implement and maintain a manual / computerised personnel records system
· Responsible for compiling and preparing the Contract of Employment and terms for new and existing employees
· Responsible for preparing and updating the Employee Handbook in line with current legislation
· To administer the recruitment and selection process including induction process for new employees
· Establish and maintain good working relationships with recruitment agencies
· To provide advice on best practice on HR issues
· Arrange appropriate training courses for employee’s, as required
· To administer and maintain pension, life assurance, permanent health information
· To administer the BUPA private medical health insurance scheme


The skills required to carry out this role are:
· Experience and working knowledge of HR procedures and best practice
· Preferably CIPD qualified or working towards it
· Excellent organisational skills
· Good working knowledge of word, excel & powerpoint
· Excellent inter-personal skills – can work with people at all levels
· High degree of integrity and confidentiality

Due to the continued success and expansion of the Company, we are currently looking to fill the vacancy of Electrical Engineer.

The main requirements of this role are:
· Liaise with prospective clients and undertake initial site surveys to generate outline electrical scopes of work for power generation projects, including CHP and Tri-generation projects.
· Develop key project drawings at a conceptual stage – Power Single Line Diagrams and Block Cable Diagrams etc.
· From an outline scope of work, generate electrical engineering and draughting man-hour estimates using historical data as a basis.
· Using outline scopes of work and man-hour estimates generate resource schedules.
· Generate equipment specifications for HV, MV & LV electrical equipment.
· Generate equipment purchase packages.
· Generate installation scopes of work.
· Size all ancillary equipment and cabling for HV, MV and LV power systems together with engine management power and control systems.
· Undertake engineering for building service requirements.
· Take a leading role in HAZOP and Risk Assessment studies.
· Generate work packs and oversee electrical CAD draughting team.
· Hold design authority over all instrument and electrical detail design.
· UK and Overseas travel as required to source information, attend review meetings and progress ongoing projects.

mechanical draughtsman

UK vacancy:- Knowsley Office

Due to the continued success and expansion of the Company, we are currently looking to fill the vacancy of Mechanical Draughtsman required to provide CAD support to the projects and sales team.

Duties to include the production of Mechanical Installation packages comprising of:
· With reference to Piping and Instrument drawings and equipment specifications; design and produce mechanical and piping CAD drawings in 3D using Autoplant to enable installation of CHP gas engine equipment.
· Generate isometric drawings using Autoplant / Isogen package.
· Produce concise Bills of Material.
· Modify Piping and Instrument Diagrams.
· Take an active part in Hazop, Dsear and risk assessment

The successful candidate shall possess a practical aptitude and demonstrate the ability to work under their own initiative with a minimum amount of supervision. The success candidate shall also display innovative thinking in problem solving.

FR – Ile de France, Sud Ouest, Nord, Picardie, Champagne Ardennes

Vous êtes électromécanicien connaissant la conduite et la maintenance (préventive et curative) de groupes électrogènes et plus largement l’électricité, l’automatisme et la thermique. Autonome, rigoureux, disponible et responsable, vous avez le sens du service et vous êtes intéressé par la gestion des équipements distribués par l’entreprise (moteurs GE Jenbacher, unités d’osmose inverse, chaudières bois ….) à travers des contrats de long terme. Vous souhaitez intégrer une équipe dynamique dans une société filiale d’un groupe anglais (Clarke Energy) à fort potentiel de développement dans l’énergie et l’environnement. Votre connaissance de l’anglais et des outils informatiques est bonne. Vous pouvez présenter une expérience réussie dans un poste similaire. Rejoignez nous !

1 POSTE DE TECHNICIEN

– Poste basé à Aix en Provence, nombreux déplacements sur la France à prévoir

Vous êtes technicien à dominante électromécanique connaissant la conduite et la maintenance (préventive et corrective) d’unités d’osmose inverse sur du traitement de lixiviats, de torchères biogaz et d’unités de surpression / refroidissement, l’automatisme et la mécanique. Autonome, rigoureux, disponible et responsable, vous avez le sens du service et vous êtes intéressé par la gestion technique d’une gamme d’équipements du constructeur HAASE distribuée par l’entreprise (unités d’osmose inverse, torchères, unités de surpression / refroidissement de biogaz ….) à travers des contrats de long terme. Vous souhaitez intégrer une équipe dynamique dans une société filiale d’un groupe anglais (Clarke Energy) à fort potentiel de développement dans l’énergie et l’environnement. Votre connaissance de l’anglais et des outils informatiques est bonne, celle de l’allemand est un plus. Vous pouvez présenter une expérience réussie dans un poste similaire. Rejoignez nous !
